Mark is a Managing Director with over 30 years’ experience specialising in risk, assurance and governance advisory services. He has held roles across governance advice, risk and compliance management, fraud and project risk, business continuity, internal audit, financial management reviews, and Ministerial program, project, and organisational reviews. Mark is a trusted advisor to clients across the Commonwealth, known for his extensive expertise and genuine commitment to client success. In addition to his service delivery roles, Mark is a respected global thought leader in governance, risk, and assurance, having served on or advised the boards of leading Australian organisations and international professional bodies.

Tom has over 25 years’ experience delivering specialist risk advisory services to his clients ranging from internal audit, general assurance, ICT audit and process improvement services. Tom is the Managing Director of Sententia Consulting’s Melbourne office and has previously held Executive positions within multiple firms. Tom’s brings strong technical expertise in program and project management, internal audit, risk management, business continuity, and assurance. His experience also reflects a deep understanding of the complex relationships between Boards, regulators, service providers, management, and staff in meeting governance and accountability obligations through the design and implementation of effective control frameworks.

Brioni is a Managing Director with over 25 years’ government experience and 14 years in project and program management, with a focus on business performance and improvement. She has worked extensively with diverse public and private sector clients in areas such as change management, cultural transformation, workforce planning, organisational development, human resources, business continuity management and crisis response. Brioni leads Sententia’s Project Confidence service line. With a research background as a forestry scientist at CSIRO, Brioni applies strong analytical skills to deliver high-impact reports and business cases. Renowned for stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, Brioni consistently drives successful outcomes through exceptional collaboration and communication, both internally and externally.

Josie is a Senior Director at Sententia and has over 20 years’ experience in internal audit, consulting, risk management, and financial statement audits for Commonwealth, State, and Local government organisations. She combines extensive knowledge of government with broad audit expertise to deliver practical insights and recommendations on emerging issues. Josie leads Sententia’s Risk-Focused Audit, Assurance and Review service line. Josie fosters collaborative partnerships with her team and clients, actively listening to stakeholder needs and adapting with agility. In her personal life, Josie is busy spending time with her two beautiful girls and helping her husband run their family business, Jolt Games and Zero Latency VR Canberra.

Andrew is a Senior Director with over 20 years’ experience in operations and consulting and specialises in working with public sector clients across a broad range of portfolio areas. His expertise includes design and implementation of complex change programs as well as strategy and operations planning.
He has extensive experience working on complex programs and with a wide range of stakeholders, at all levels. Andrew applies a strategic approach with commercial acumen and financial capabilities supported by a broad understanding of risk, people management and legal frameworks.

Simone is a Senior Director with over 25 years’ experience working with public and private organisations, specialising in the design, implementation and assurance of governance and organisational frameworks to drive positive performance and uplift capability. Simone adopts a collaborative and client-centric approach. She actively engages with her clients and team to provide pragmatic solutions that align with objectives. Simone leads Sententia’s Strategy, Governance and Risk Management service line.

Chris is a Senior Director with over 25 years’ experience delivering assurance and advisory services, globally recognised qualifications in auditing, business / finance and IT. Chris embodies a balanced perspective, having worked for the Australian Government and advised from external position, including Big 4 professional services firms and national and state Auditor General’s offices. He has conducted over 350 engagements across audit, governance (including PGPA requirements), risk management, IT systems, security (including the Protective Security Policy Framework and Information Security Manual), project management, recovery and continuity, business processes, corporate reporting, quality assurance, emerging technology, fraud and financial processes and controls.

Dave is a Senior Director at Sententia following a 24-year career in Defence. As a member of the Defence Senior Executive Service, he held various leadership roles, primarily integrity related, in areas including fraud, code of conduct, probity, investigations, conflicts of interest, and public interest disclosures. He created and led a new area in Defence called Integrity Division, where he was responsible for providing timely, independent, relevant and reliable advice to Defence ministers, the Secretary of Defence, Chief of Defence Force and senior officials. This enhanced Defence's governance and capability, promoted integrity, accountability and efficiency, and supported risk-based decision making. Dave leads Sententia’s Integrity and Probity Risk Management service line.

Sean is a Director with over 8 years’ experience in providing internal audit and assurance services across the Commonwealth, delivering high-quality, value-adding internal audit services. Roles have included an Account Lead at the Department of Defence, Health and Aged Care, Treasury and the Department of the Senate. Other clients he has worked with include the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, the Department of Home Affairs, AUSTRAC and the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water. Experience within the not-for-profit sector includes internal audits at the National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organization and financial assurance at Australian Business Volunteers.

Fleur is a Director with over two decades of experience as a Project, Program, Portfolio and PMO Leader, delivering Digital driven transformational projects for government and commercial clients. She excels in program governance, stakeholder engagement, and program management within complex, multi-vendor environments. Her proven ability to deliver successful outcomes and high client satisfaction reflects her expertise. Fleur is CPPD certified and an active MAIPM member, having served as Councillor for the NSW Chapter of AIPM. She also contributed to the PMO Community of Practice portfolio, sharing her extensive experience across public and private sectors with fellow PMO practitioners.
